1 Acceptance of Terms
ZMM Financial Consulting Private Limited ("Company", "hum", "hamari") ki website, mobile app, ya kisi bhi service ka use karke aap in Terms & Conditions se agree karte hain. Agar aap in terms se agree nahi karte, toh hamari services ka use na karein.
2 Eligibility
Hamari services use karne ke liye aapko:
- Minimum 18 years old hona zaroori hai
- Indian citizen ya valid resident hona chahiye
- Valid government-issued ID proof hona chahiye (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
- Active bank account hona chahiye
- Accurate aur sahi information provide karni hogi
3 Loan Terms
Loan se related ye terms apply hoti hain:
- Loan Approval: Loan approval company ki sole discretion par hai. Application submit karna approval ki guarantee nahi hai.
- Interest Rate: Har loan ki interest rate loan amount, tenure, aur customer profile ke basis par decide hoti hai.
- Processing Fee: Loan disbursement par applicable processing fee charge ki ja sakti hai.
- EMI Payment: Customer ko har month ki due date par EMI ka payment karna zaroori hai.
- Late Payment: EMI late hone par penalty/late fee charge ki ja sakti hai.
- Prepayment: Loan ko tenure se pehle close karne par prepayment charges lag sakte hain.
4 Customer Obligations
Customer ki ye responsibilities hain:
- Sahi aur accurate information provide karna
- Time par EMI ka payment karna
- Contact details (mobile, address) change hone par turant update karna
- Loan agreement ke sabhi terms follow karna
- Forged ya galat documents submit nahi karna
5 Default & Recovery
Agar customer EMI payment mein default karta hai:
- Late payment fee/penalty charge ki jayegi
- Company recovery process initiate kar sakti hai
- Repeated defaults par legal action liya ja sakta hai
- Credit score par negative impact pad sakta hai
- Company CIBIL/credit bureaus ko default report kar sakti hai
6 Payment Methods
Hum ye payment methods accept karte hain:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Debit Card / Credit Card
- Net Banking
- Cash (select locations par)
- NEFT / RTGS bank transfer
Online payments Razorpay payment gateway ke through securely process hote hain.
7 Intellectual Property
Website ka saara content — logos, text, design, images, software — ZMM Financial Consulting Private Limited ki intellectual property hai. Bina written permission ke kisi bhi content ko copy, reproduce, ya distribute karna prohibited hai.
8 Limitation of Liability
Company in cheezon ke liye responsible nahi hogi:
- Website downtime ya technical issues ke kaaran hone wala koi nuksan
- Payment gateway failure ke kaaran delayed transactions
- Customer ki galti se hone wali koi financial loss
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government orders)
9 Governing Law
Ye terms & conditions Indian law ke under governed hain. Koi bhi dispute arise hone par, pehle mutual discussion se resolve karne ki koshish ki jayegi. Agar resolve nahi hota, toh matter Indian courts ke jurisdiction mein handle hoga.
10 Modifications
Company ko in terms ko modify ya update karne ka adhikaar hai bina prior notice ke. Updated terms website par publish hone ke baad effective ho jayengi. Users ko regularly ye page check karte rehna chahiye.
